Creating a Safety Critical Culture
Having the IDS management with us in class throughout the course was very beneficial to our learning experience, as they provided real case scenarios from the oilfield. It also provides means of face to face communication and improves the morale of us coming from different projects and locations.

Learn how to understand, mitigate and limit human error in operational and technical systems. Mission Performance will work with your organisation’s leaders and teams in order to embed a safety critical culture into the very footprint of your operations in accordance with the following competencies and training objectives (or CRM “NOTECHS”):
All Mission Performance Crew Resource Management Instructors have an extensive background in aviation or other high risk industries, and are experienced UK Civil Aviation Authority qualified instructors.
Our Human Factors team is made up of fast jet, rotary and civil aviators along with decorated military officers all of whom are qualified CRM Instructors. Between them they have decades of first hand experience operating and training in safety critical environments.
Embedding the right behaviours throughout the workforce, and ensuring that the organisational culture of a business is open, transparent and actively looks to seek feedback is critical for the successful implementation of Crew Resource Management (CRM). This culture must be actively role modelled by leaders at all levels. Working closely with our clients, we design and deliver integrated and tailored solutions, including training materials, check lists and briefing cards, as well as industry specific case studies.
